Condition surcharges

Not upgrades — labor the vehicle's condition forces. You hear which tier applies before we start, never on the invoice.

Condition Why Added
Pet hair — light Surface shedding on the seats and carpet. Comes out with rubber tools and a thorough vacuum. +$20
Pet hair — heavy Hair woven down into the carpet pile or the upholstery, or more than one animal riding regularly. An hour or more of hand work — the most labor-intensive thing in an interior. +$60
Smoke — moderate Every hard surface, the vents, the seat belts and the headliner wiped down, cabin filter checked, then an ozone treatment. Smoke gets into everything, so everything gets cleaned rather than just deodorized. +$90
Smoke — heavy A long-term smoker’s car. Headliner and all plastics twice, belts drawn out to their full length and cleaned, cabin filter replaced, extended ozone cycle. Tar on the glass and hard surfaces takes dedicated product and real time. +$180
Biological spill or mold Milk, blood, vomit, flood water or visible mold. As much a health matter as a cleaning one, and the treatment varies too much for a fixed number — quoted once we have seen it. Quoted

Vehicle classes

3 classes, and the price grid above uses nothing else. On a genuine boundary case we put the vehicle in the cheaper class.

Interior Detailing

Full Interior Detail

Every surface inside the cabin cleaned, shampooed, extracted and conditioned — the reset button for a daily driver.

$189 Details →
Interior Refresh (Express)

A fast, thorough clean-up of the surfaces you touch and see every day — no shampoo, no all-day wait.

$89 Details →
Carpet & Upholstery Shampoo

Hot-water extraction that lifts stains, spills and ground-in dirt out of carpet and cloth seats instead of hiding them.

$129 Details →
Leather Cleaning & Conditioning

Body oils and dye transfer cleaned out of the grain, then a UV conditioner that keeps the bolsters from cracking.

$99 Details →
Odor Removal & Ozone Treatment

Find the source, remove the source, then ozone the cabin and the HVAC system so the smell has nothing left to come back to.

$149 Details →
Pet Hair Removal

The hair a vacuum cannot get — woven into carpet pile and seat fabric — pulled out by hand with rubber and pumice.

$69 Details →

Exterior & Paint

Service From Details
Exterior Hand Wash & Wax

Two-bucket hand wash, wheels and jambs included, finished with a sealant that lasts months rather than one rainstorm.

$79 Details →
Clay Bar & Paint Decontamination

Pulls the bonded contamination a wash leaves behind — rail dust, overspray, tree sap, industrial fallout — until the paint is glass-smooth.

$119 Details →
Paint Correction & Polish

Machine polishing that removes swirl marks and light scratches from the clear coat instead of filling them in for a month.

$349 Details →
Ceramic Coating

A semi-permanent glass-like layer bonded to the clear coat — years of gloss, chemical resistance and washes that take half the time.

$799 Details →
Headlight Restoration

Yellowed, hazy lenses sanded back to clear and re-sealed with UV coating — a night-driving safety fix that also looks like a new car.

$89 Details →
Engine Bay Cleaning

Degreased, rinsed carefully around the electronics, and dressed — so a mechanic (or a buyer) can actually see what they are looking at.

Questions

About pricing

Why is the price different for my vehicle?

Because a three-row Suburban is several more hours of work than a Civic — more panel, more glass, more carpet, more seats. Rather than publish one price and adjust it at the till, there are three vehicle classes and nine published numbers. Find your class, read your price.

Which class is my vehicle in?

Sedans, coupes, hatchbacks and compacts are Car. Crossovers and small SUVs — RAV4, CR-V, Equinox, Rogue — are Mid-size. Full-size SUVs, anything three-row, and all pickups are SUV & Truck. If yours is genuinely on a boundary we will put it in the cheaper class.

Is the published price the price I pay?

Yes, for a vehicle in normal condition. The things that change it are published in the surcharge table above rather than left vague — pet hair is $20 or $60 depending on how far into the carpet it has gone, smoke is $90 or $180, and a biological spill or mold is quoted once we have seen it. Paint needing multi-stage correction is a separate booking. You hear which applies before any work begins, never on the invoice.

Which package should I book?

Refresh if the car is fundamentally clean and you want it kept that way. Full Detail if the paint feels rough after a wash or the interior needs more than a wipe — that is what most people should buy. Restore if the paint is dull or swirled, the headlights have yellowed, or you are about to sell it.

Does the Kept Plan include cleaning?

No — none at all. The Kept Plan is vehicle management: we track and handle every service, fluid, tire, brake and renewal deadline on the vehicle. Cleaning is bought separately as a package. Plan members get priority on the booking schedule.

How do I get the $10 off?

Book any package as a first-time customer and give us an email address at booking. It comes off the invoice automatically — there is no code to remember.

Do you take a deposit?

Not for a standard package — you pay when you collect the vehicle. Coatings and multi-day bookings hold a date on the calendar, so for those we will agree the terms with you when you book rather than surprising you on the day.

How do I pay?

Card or cash, whichever suits, and the price you were quoted is the price on the invoice — no card surcharge and no booking fee.
