What the plan absorbs
A car rarely asks for much at any one moment. It asks continually, in small amounts, and almost always at an inconvenient one — a service interval reaching its mileage, an inspection falling due, a set of pads with a few thousand miles left in them, a renewal notice that lands during a week you are away.
The Kept Plan takes that correspondence off your desk entirely. We hold the vehicle's schedule against its actual mileage, so what is due is a matter of record rather than recollection, and it is dealt with well before it announces itself as a warning light or a late notice.
You deal with one person who knows the car and everything that has been done to it. All of it is documented — and a complete, verifiable service history is worth considerably more at resale than the plan costs to keep.

The Kept Plan
Does the Kept Plan include washing or detailing?
No — none at all, and it is stated on the first screen rather than in the terms. The Kept Plan is management only; that is the entire product. Cleaning is booked separately as a Refresh, Full Detail or Restore, and plan members take priority on the schedule.
What exactly does the $349 cover?
The tracking, the booking, the coordination and the record. We hold the vehicle’s schedule against its real mileage, we know what is due and when, we make the appointments, we move the car there and back, and we keep the written history. Parts, fluids and third-party garage labor are billed at cost on top, and nothing is spent without your approval.
How is this different from a service-reminder app?
An app tells you something is due and leaves it with you. This is the inverse. By the time the interval arrives the appointment already exists, and the first you hear of it is a note saying the car will be collected Thursday.
Can I put more than one vehicle on it?
One vehicle per plan. A second car is a second plan — ask about a household rate if you have three or more.
Is there a contract?
Month to month, cancel at any time, no cancellation fee. The service record is yours, and it goes with you if you leave.
What if the car needs work you do not do?
Most of it is work we do not do ourselves — we detail cars, we are not mechanics, and that is rather the point. We hold the relationship with the garage, book the slot, and see that the work matches what the vehicle actually needs rather than what is easiest to sell.
