What this is
Refresh is the maintenance clean, and the reason it is the first rung on the ladder is that most cars never actually need more than this — they only need it more often than they get it.
The wash is done by hand, top down, two buckets, with a clean mitt. That sounds like a detail nobody notices, but a brush tunnel is what puts the swirl marks in the paint that people later pay us to machine back out.
Inside, everything gets vacuumed — seats, carpets, trunk, seat rails — and every surface you touch gets wiped down. No shampoo, no machine work. About ninety minutes and you have your afternoon back.

Does the price change with the vehicle?
Yes, and it is published rather than quoted. Refresh is $99 for a car, $119 for a mid-size crossover and $139 for a full-size SUV or pickup. That is the whole grid — there is no fourth number waiting on the invoice.
What is not in a Refresh?
No clay bar, no sealant, no shampoo or extraction, no machine polish. Refresh cleans surfaces. If the paint feels gritty or the carpet is stained rather than dusty, you want Full Detail.
How often should I book it?
Every four to six weeks keeps a car permanently clean instead of repeatedly rescued, and it keeps grit out of the carpet fibers — which is what actually wears them out.
